1. ORDER
To order any product, please send an email to: engagingdesignsbyheather@gmail.com with the design you would like (or if you want custom, your ideas and/or a reference picture as a starting point) and your contact information, along with the info listed in step #2 below
2. INFO
These are examples of details I need to get started, like:
~Project Category ~ Dates ~ Names ~ Colors
~ Pictures ~ Fonts (samples at the bottom of the page) ~ Other Specific Info
3. 1st Proof
After I get the info, I'll send you a first proof, usually within 24-48 hours. If there's some reason why I can't get it to you in that time, I'll let you know.
4. Payment
After I send you the first proof, and you think it's going in the right direction, I'll send you an invoice for a down payment (this is to prevent those who have used my designs without payment). The down payment will depend on the project - usually $20-$50, depending on the project. If you don't think the project will turn out how you want it, then you owe nothing, and I'll stop working on it. If you don't end up using the final design, I won't bill you a second time, but you forfeit the down payment.
3. PERSONALIZE
We can talk about any changes you want, and spend any amount of time you want making your design perfect.
5. Final
Once you decide it looks great, you will get sent the final invoice, via Paypal. Once I get the payment, I will send the order to my printer and send you the final, high-resolution JPEG file.
